We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager with the same passion and drive for excellence.
In this high profile, high visibility position you will have the opportunity to nurture and develop business and relationships with specific Ag/Con accounts. You will gain deeper understanding into our customers’ current and future needs, drive customer satisfaction, be the voice of the customer internally, and maximize sales. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Team as well as our Business Unit Leaders translating customer wishes into products and services.
Our ideal candidate will have ten or more years proven sales success in Account Management within the Ag/Con vehicle industry; proven experience reaching revenue goals and managing personal sales strategies; bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field; superior critical thinking as well as the ability to travel 40-50%. Additionally, our ideal candidate will posses strong communication and presentation skills which will be apparent in the short narrative detailing his/her 3 greatest accomplishments that will accompany his/her resume.
