Keypads
Grayhill offers a full line of customizable keypads. Standard configurations include sealed rubber keypads, vandal-resistant metallic construction, and low-profile or full travel actuation keypads. Switching technologies include conductive rubber, piezoelectric, and metal dome contact. Outputs include CAN-bus (SAE J1939 and ISO-bus) and LIN-bus protocols, matrix output and single pole/common bus. All keypads have options for custom legends and many feature lightable keys and legends.
Grayhill’s unique 2-shot molding process produces very rugged, fully sealed rubber keypads featuring sculpted keys, optically isolated indicators and legend backlighting, and sharply colored legends. With this technique, the top surface of these keypads is one continuous rubber surface which is coated with a long life chemical resistant polyurethane hard coat.
