Production Leader

Manage, train and develop and coordinate the work efforts of Line Supervisors and direct labor associates to produce Grayhill products in our McCook facility.

Global Commodity Leader

Lead the development and execution of strategic spend initiatives such as supply base research, spend analytics, supplier due diligence, RFQ / RFP initiatives, negotiations, cost-out projects, and lean initiatives. You will also be responsible for supplier management, supplier performance/development, inventory management initiatives, and managing global procurement agreements. This role will have no direct reports.

NPI Buyer

Coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and services to support new product introduction and transfer projects. This role issues RFQs and purchase orders, manages engineering changes, PPAPs, SAP data, and standard cost updates, and works closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost targets are met. The buyer also expedites parts, resolves invoice and quality issues, supports continuous cost improvement, and collaborates with the broader procurement team as needed.

Test Engineering Specialist

Support and improve test, inspection, and assembly equipment while troubleshooting production test stations and electrical failures. The role includes training production associates on test software, supporting new product development and continuous improvement efforts, creating technical documentation and schematics, and maintaining an organized test engineering lab while staying current with industry developments.

Tool and Die Mold Maker

Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate, repair, and support metalworking dies, molds, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and related production equipment. Provides hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to maintain reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Software Design Engineer II

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Software Design Engineer II to join our Healthcare Solutions team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software systems for existing and next-generation products. You’ll work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.

Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

Provide production and maintenance support for machinery and processes. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Review production processes for problems identified by operator, production process alarms or from test failures. Review quality data, determine root cause and adjust production processes for improved DPMO. Optimize existing production processes for improved manufacturing efficiency, and other duties.
