Grayhill is committed to quality excellence and customer satisfaction through a proactive quality culture. Our quality management system is structured to comply with the International Standard for Aerospace AS9100D:2015. Grayhill’s quality is a result of a structured cross-functional approach utilizing Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP). Our products undergo a series of in-house tests and high standard product qualifications. Different processes are certified for various industries and standards.
Our testing capabilities include the ability to test the following: Temperature extremes, thermal and mechanical shock, vibration, impact, seal, chemical resistance, ultraviolet (UV), abrasion, drop, sunlight readability, salt spray, electrostatic discharge (ESD, electromagnetic interference (EMI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), night vision imaging system (NVIS), electrical noise, power interruption, and accelerated life testing.
We take pride in our quality certifications — ISO 9001 certification and SAE AS9100 Revision D Quality Management System (QMS) for defense organizations.
