Grayhill designed and manufactured this ultrasound panel which includes a USB hub, sculpted plastic bezel, PCB with electronics and firmware, sealed keypad, and uniform backlighting. Our own components, such as the 62NG Value Rotary Encoder and 60A NavCoder Multifunction Joystick, are also integrated.
Grayhill provides this computerized tomography (CT) control panel with a co-molded silicone keypad encased in a plastic front bezel. Each button has dual contact, including a dome switch and carbon pills directly molded into the silicone buttons. The system provides redundancy to meet the safety requirements of the machine.

The T2 Trackpad replaces the traditional trackball on an ultrasound machine by eliminating crevices prone to bacteria growth. Grayhill's custom solution allows the system to have different speed settings for mouse/cursor operations versus measurement and tracing modes.
