With the advancements in robotics, we have automated many of our production processes, replacing labor-intensive tasks with highly efficient and precise robotic solutions. This strategic shift has both increased productivity and elevated product quality, surpassing previous output levels more than ten times.

Central to our automation efforts are our specialized laser soldering robots designed to tackle intricate soldering tasks with unparalleled precision. Equipped with high-powered lasers, these robots ensure flawless soldering while our Automated Optical Inspection robot (AOI) guarantees quality control with a meticulous five-camera inspection system.

What distinguishes Grayhill's soldering robots is their versatility. Customizable to suit various products, our robots seamlessly integrate into the production lines, optimizing efficiency and quality. Moreover, our in-house capabilities allow us to design and manufacture bespoke fixtures and moldings, further enhancing our ability to meet evolving production demands.
