Your mission: expand our market presence and revenue by building relationships, uncovering untapped markets, and shaping a focused market-targeting plan.

Continuity Engineering Project Leader

La Grange, Illinois
The Continuity Engineering Project Leader takes ownership of all released products during their serial production phase, directing and coordinate activities of custom and/or standard product projects across fully cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for cost and process improvement initiatives, lifecycle management, customer and quality issue resolution, plant movements, and variant management-including standard platform oversight and change management for our Vehicle Solutions team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Software Design Engineer II to join our Healthcare Solutions team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software systems for existing and next-generation products. You’ll work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.

Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

McCook, Illinois
Provide production and maintenance support for machinery and processes. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Review production processes for problems identified by operator, production process alarms or from test failures. Review quality data, determine root cause and adjust production processes for improved DPMO. Optimize existing production processes for improved manufacturing efficiency, and other duties.

PCB Designer II

La Grange, Illinois
Design printed circuit board (PCB) layouts with minimal direction from engineering, and provide guidance to PCB Specialists on tools and techniques. Maintain PCB documentation, including layouts, Gerber files, population files, and BOMs. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and external suppliers to ensure designs meet all applicable standards and requirements.

Tool and Die Mold Maker

Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and machinists’ hand tools by performing the following duties.

Provide maintenance services and machine set-ups to assigned area and other areas as needed to our Carpentersville facility.

Assembler Trainee

Iola, Wisconsin
Read work orders, BOMs, routing sheets, and drawings; align and secure parts using various tools and methods; mount components on panels; connect wiring and install assemblies in cases; attach hardware; perform basic machine setups and preventative maintenance; trim materials to specs; conduct inspections and testing; follow FOE and ESD policies; enter data into quality and manufacturing systems; and perform other assigned duties within a production cell.

Production Tech I

Iola, Wisconsin

Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot molding equipment, including molds, presses, and testers. Provide technical support, inspect machinery, recommend tooling improvements, and assist in training new Technicians. Complete preventive maintenance work orders, ensure safety devices are functional, and report issues to the Supervisor. Collaborate with Tool Room staff, verify initial production runs, manage spare parts inventory, maintain tools, and dispose of materials responsibly.
