Continuity Engineering Project Leader

The Continuity Engineering Project Leader takes ownership of all released products during their serial production phase, directing and coordinate activities of custom and/or standard product projects across fully cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for cost and process improvement initiatives, lifecycle management, customer and quality issue resolution, plant movements, and variant management-including standard platform oversight and change management for our Vehicle Solutions team. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to ensure our products remain competitive, cost-effective, and meet the highest standards of quality throughout their lifecycle.
