Operations Leader

Provides overall leadership, direction, and strategy for Grayhill’s manufacturing and operations functions across the assigned plant and business unit. This role drives operational excellence by analyzing, strategizing, developing, and presenting future plans for manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and capacity growth. The Operations Leader will set measurable goals, implement production metrics, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams to ensure Grayhill continues to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining long-term competitiveness.
