WEAPON SIGHT LASER CONTROL

A 75 Single-Deck Rotary Switch customized with a shortened shaft ensures easy integration into the laser system. The switch shaft is redundantly sealed to withstand 66′ of water immersion for up to 30 minutes while being actuated.

LASER-GUIDING SYSTEM

Grayhill customized its 50 Single-Deck Rotary Switch to meet this application’s altitude, temperature, and vibration requirements. The switch shaft was shortened and integrated into a custom-sealed metal enclosure.

PISTOL ENHANCER CONTROL

This custom 75 Single-Deck Rotary Switch has a smaller diameter bushing that provides easy mechanical integration for the customer. The switch also has a redundant shaft and process sealed to withstand 33′ of water immersion for up to 30 minutes while being actuated.

SOLDIER HANDHELD GPS

This sealed rubber keypad with low audible dome contacts and an NVIS-compatible backlight was integrated into a three-shot molded exterior housing. Grayhill designed materials and coatings without cracks or crevices to survive NBC washdown requirements.

SECURE PERSONAL RADIO

This radio integrates a custom low-profile sealed keypad assembly that meets 33′ immersion per MIL-STD-810. Additionally, the 26 Mechanical Encoder is built with isolated positions, which helps the user prevent accidental actuation of a Zeroize function.

NON-LETHAL LASER CONTROL

This military application includes a custom 30 Pushbutton with rear epoxy and internal silicon button seals and a custom 75 Single-Deck Rotary Switch, which is shaft and process sealed to meet a 66′ immersion requirement per MIL-STD-202. Both switches have a wide operating temperature range while meeting shock and vibration requirements.
